Nice question. I've worked with a group of smokers and they would spend LONG periods of time outside smoking, leaving me a couple of others to do all the work. Obviously from my tone, you can tell that I am anti-smoke break--unless the smoke breaks are the same length as the sit around and talk or eat a snack breaks :)
